My Name is Ajay Rathi, I had purchased(on 25th Oct 2015) some home items from Reliance fresh store(Anshal Plaza-Greater Noida) . At counter I had given one card of OBC bank and transaction failed then provide another card with successful transaction. After some days I was checking my account statement of OBC bank and got shock to see transaction of 2078.52 INR.
I called store persons 3-4 times and all times they said that they have written my complain and money would return in 2-3 day but nothing happened.
On 20th Dec, I had to visit to the Reliance Fresh Store specially to discuss the case, again they promised that money would return in 7 day means till 26th Dec 2015. I had clearly told them that if money would not reach into my account by 26th Dec 2015 I would file case in consumer court.
Today, 28th Dec 2015 when I call to store Manager (Shashi Ranjan) and told that I have not received the money and also informed that I would go to consumer court.
The whole issue gave me so much of stress because of many followups call and visit to store for the resolution. I want this issue to be resolved ASAP and want my money back with penalty to store so that they would take things seriously in future.
