Reliance Fresh — points not getting redeemed

I am L K Jain and my card no is [protected]. Though I keep getting messages for redeeming points but the store salesman says, this can not be done as there is some issue with date of birth. May please update my date of birth as 20th February 1953 May please confirm via SMS at [protected] or by mail at [protected]@maruti.co.in Thanks abd regards

thanks for the quick reply. A clarification, " action within several days" as mentioned in mail means no fixed period for resolving the complaint.
