Reliance Fresh — Poor service at Reliance fresh store

I occasionally go for shopping at your store at sec-31 Gurgaon. The condition of service at the store is getting from bad to worse. I would like to highlight today's experience.
1. The carry baskets were not available.
2. Net bags for vegetables etc were out of stock.
3. Cotton carry bags ( priced ) were out of stock.
4. Only one out of 4 payment counters was operative. There were about 6 customers waiting in the queue for payment. No salesman was seen in the entire store. When I went to the office chamber in the basement, I was surprised to find about ten employees donning Reliance Fresh approns along with the store manager. When I objected to such assembly, the manager deputed a salesman to man the cash register. It was about 1.45 pm, normally a rush hour.
I feel the store is over-staffed & employees lack training. The management is very poor & customer care is lacking.
