Reliance Fresh — Products not available as Employees are selling offer products to local agents in bulk

Last day after seeing the add that there is an offer for Slice(Offer price: 39)we went to set the same and found that the Manager and staff members together sold these offer products to a local dealer. While asking about the details why it was done so they coated:" we have the right to do it. Its not mandatory that this products have to be given to customers itself, even if they are regular customers." This incident happened at the Reliance Fresh, Keerthi Nagar, Elamakkare branch, Kochi, Kerala. Its not just for this product they are doing this. All products with such good offers they are doing the same. Due to this all regular customers are not receiving any if the offer or such products and have to depend on other branches to get these products(The next closest branch is at least 3-5 Km away).
