2 weeks (13th Nov 2016) back we purchased in Reliance fresh Mugapair, and swiped our debit card twice, were they said that there is a server issue and the money will be refunded within 24 hours. Now it is 28th Nov 2016, still there is no proper response. Till yesterday, they did not even look into our issue, were they asked us for the card number, ect twice. Yesterday we yelled at them and again they asked for the detail which was really irritating, and we asked for the progress, but we found that there was no progress taken. They told that they will get back to us again tomorrow, but we almost lost our hope.
