Issue_ Payment attempted through Mobikwik. Money deducted from wallet but txn failed at billing counter.
This is to highlight an unpleasant experience faced by me at reliance Fresh on 22 Jan22 at one of chennai location.
The bill was for Rs 888.74/-. I chose Mobikwik wallet as mode of payment, said money got debited from wallet but billing counter executive confirmed txn had failed. Was told to pay thru card if I want the groceries. They said the refund will be processed within 2 days for failed txn.
so I had to again pay it again but this time through a card for groceries.
Whats more frustrating and deeply annoying is - I have still not recived my refund yet. The Reliance executive asked wait for another week, which I did. Additionally, I also highlighted same issue in the form an email to [protected]@ril.com for prompter redressal but issue still not resolved. I even requested Mobikwik to explain from their side. They clarified that, from their side everything went through well . Was told to contact reliance only as system issue was at their end.
The complaint number created by Reliance on 29jan is 3754807. The resolution emails sent from executive are just copy & paste of previous emails which asks to customer to wait for 7 working days but no real intention of providing resolution so far.
How are you going to convince about delay in paying back refund and how will you compensate such a 20 days delay.
