Reliance Fresh — Refund of amount debited twice on 13/11/2022 by Rel. Fresh Kaiserganj Ajmer (Rajasthan).

Dear sir,
Re: Refund of amount debited twice in my S/B A/c [protected] on[protected] with Rs.949.05p.
In reference to the above I would like to submit that on 13/11:/2022 Rs.949.05p on purchase of items from Reliance Fresh Kesarganj, Ajmer due to some error in their system my S/B A/c [protected] was debited twice by the said amount. The SMS system of our B.O.I had stopped for a couple of days on my phone due to some technical problem, so I could not come to know of the error.
Only on updating my passbook from the Bank I came to know of it. Immediately I contacted Reliance Fresh Kesarganj Ajmer and complained the error and they assured me not to worry we will put up the matter with our Controlling Office and get you the refund. I gave them the details of the matter alongwith the Xerox copy of the passbook reflecting the error but time kept passing by and Rel. Fresh Ajmer kept assuring me that it may be taking time but the amount will be refunded to you.
In between the Managers of the Store kept changing. I approached the incoming manager in the begining of May 2023 and he said to me to give him the particulars of the error once again alongwith the statement of the a/c debited by the debit card. Hence, once again I provided the same and after almost a month they (Controlling Office of Rel. Fresh Kesarganj, Ajmer.) sent them the following message which they forwarded to me :

"We have received only one time credit. In such scenario, customer is needed to caall the bank customer service center and need to raise a charge back request.Charge back team will check and will refund back the money."

It is therefore requested of your good Office to take up the matter with the concerned authorities and arrange to get me the said amount (Rs.949.05) at your earliest convenience.

Almost 2 weeks have passed and there has been no action taken in the matter. Once again request you to look into the matter st your earliest possible and arrange to refund the amount of Rs949.05.swoped twice on[protected]
