[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Related to Reliance one card

HI, I have been facing a issue that i have lost the old Reliance one card and i got the new one by filling up the form and i also mentioned to transfer the points from that card to the present card but no response from your service team. My old card No. is - [protected] and the New card No. is - [protected]. I have filled the form stating to change the points to this card as there was an amount of Rs. 157 and your team has not done that and when i checked out in the store they replied saying there is no reward points. I filled the form because that no other person should use my reward persons and it is already 3 months up and i dont know what about my reward points if the other person has used it then its the fault of your team so i request you to credit the points to my new card as the amount was Rs. 157. Kindly look into this and check the records and please provide the justice. Thank you, Regards, Kiran Kumar G
