[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Related to Reliance one card

HI, I have been facing a issue that i have lost the old Reliance one card and i got the new one by filling up the form and i also mentioned to transfer the points from that card to the present card but no response from your service team. My old card No. is - [protected] and the New card No. is - [protected]. I have filled the form stating to change the points to this card as there was an amount of Rs. 157 and your team has not done that and when i checked out in the store they replied saying there is no reward points. I filled the form because that no other person should use my reward persons and it is already 3 months up and i dont know what about my reward points if the other person has used it then its the fault of your team so i request you to credit the points to my new card as the amount was Rs. 157.
