Reliance Fresh — reliance fresh - charged twice for single purchase transaction

On 6th july, i bought some groceries from reliance fresh (Doddabommasandra branch) and swiped my icici debit card. The money got deducted from my account and credited to reliance fresh account but the billing girl told me that the transaction has failed as it is a sales reversal and asked me to swipe again. Reliance fresh has charged twice for single purchase as on 6th july. They promised that the money would be credited in 24 hrs.
Contacted the store, no help, i have wasted my time and money on calling customer care as well.

We have offer in Google pay, not giving in vellore, tamilnadu . In retail reliance fresh store, this was cheating and unacceptable, my family plan not go reliance fresh here after, everytime saying have problem
