Reliance Fresh — Reversal request for incorrect redemption of RELONE points - card no. [protected] | |||
Further to my conversation with customer care executive last week and couple of mails to customer care, I would like to bring to your notice that I have made a purchase on 5th April’15 at 9:53 hrs (bill amount 834.28) at Reliance Fresh, Shekhar Regency Store, Indore and tried to redeem Rs.350 from RELONE card no. [protected]. Store cashier had swiped the card twice to try the debit of said amount from this card, but failed to do so as the transaction had been cancelled, hence I paid the bill amount Rs. 834.28 through cash (scanned copy of bill attached). But when I received the sms updates on 10th April at 14:51 hrs, I came to know the balance points worth Rs.130 on the same card whereas before 5th April the balance points was worth Rs.469 as per the updates received on 27th March at 14:04 hrs. Kindly do the needful for the reversal of points worth Rs.350/- as it was not a valid transaction. Pls do check at your end and confirm.. Was this information helpful? | |||
