Reliance Fresh — Rude behavior of the lady at the counter

The lady at the first counter of reliance fresh vazhakala branch, kochi behaved very rudely to us and crushed the springs onions. We wanted springs onions where just a few was available. We took that and proceeded to the counter where she said I cannot take it and crushed same. We asked her to charge for it and s ge charged the price of a bundle of spring onion. Very rude behavior. Being a regular customer of that branch. We were very disappointed.
