Reliance Fresh — service issue with sales team

This is to inform you that on 9th feb i have done shopping of rs. 6738 from your dwarka sec 12 store and done payment with my debit card the amount had been debited from account but there was a person mr. Prem (Store manager) told me that this is reversal transection pls pay again you will get this money back within 48 hours or i will send money at your home and i have done that again payment with my credit card now it's been more than 72 hours my money still not credited and i contacted him today now he is saying follow with your bank.
Is this kind of fraud you are doing with your customer pls pay my money back or i will take legal action.
