At sector-4 gurgaon outlet the store is completely inefficient. The personnel at the billing counter is unaware of the discounted prices. Also the quantity weighed at the counter is not correct. If the consumer does not review the cases of over charging in appropriate to weight is billed. Even the card payment is not attended. While the payment transaction fails, reliance fresh does not provide needed support instead customer has to run pillar to post and follow up with the bank to get the credit. The customer has to go wild to diagnose the error done at store and the staff is completely un courteous in this manner. The hoarding placed on correct weight and right payment is very rarely implied.
