Reliance Fresh — Tide plus 4 kgs MRP 299/- was Charged Rs.311.64 on 12th may, 2014

I have purchased Tide Plus where the Offer price MRP listed is RS.299/-.I have been charged Rs.311.64.

Also I had to return a besan Flour packet weighing 1/2kg as the contents were stale. The Counter staff did not accept the return .Manager Santosh Kumar at Indira Nagra outlet, Adyar even refused to talk to me. What do I do.

Please advise.
