Reliance Fresh — Till operator who take payments providing Special concessions to Queue jumping Customers

Address:Reliance Fresh, Municipal No.: 242, PID No. 82-24-242, 13th Cross. Indiranagar 2nd stage ,Bangalore 560038

After purchasing around 23 items, I was standing in the queue near the payments section. Some customers who over took the queue with one or 2 items in hand where called by till operator and served, though the till operator knew I was standing in the Queue.

If the store employees start encouraging the customers with less items to jump the queue the Customers like us will have decide is it necessary to buy 23 items and stand in queue and wait .

Not sure your employees are trained properly on till operation process and following same rules for all
