Reliance Fresh — Transfer of earned points to new card

I have been using the RelianceOne card no [protected]. Till date over Rs 500/- is accumulated. I tried to redeem it in Reliance Fresh, Begur Road, Bangalore, but this card is not responding. They have issued a new card (no [protected]) on 28 Nov'15. I was told that within 2 days points will be transferred, but till date nothing happened. I request to redress my grievance at an early date. Prem Prakash Srivastava
