My name is Vaibhav kapoor & I visited releiance fresh today ie 10.08.2014 and made a purchase of Rs 1065 but at the time of swipping the Citibank credit card, they swipped it twice for Rs1065 & assured me that the excess amount debited will be returned to my credit card.
You are requested to pls look into the same and return the money immediately to my credit card.
