I am writing to bring to your attention a highly disappointing experience I had at the Reliance Fresh retail shop located in Anand Nagar, Bangalore, this morning. As a long-standing and loyal customer, I am deeply saddened and frustrated by the incident that occurred during my visit.
On 03-July-2023, I visited the store to purchase a few items, and during the billing process, I discovered that the cashew packet I selected was not scannable. The staff member at the billing counter instructed me to fetch an alternative packet. Understanding the urgency of the situation and being aware of the waiting customers behind me, I quickly proceeded to find a replacement.
To my astonishment, while making my way through the store, I inadvertently walked on a floor being mopped by one of your maids. Instead o[censored]nderstanding the urgency of my situation, she became irate and used offensive language, specifically saying, "Em Manushalu, " which roughly translates to "What kind of man are you?" I was taken aback by her disrespectful behavior and lack of professional conduct. Despite my attempts to explain my urgency in finding an alternative cashew packet, she showed no remorse for her words and further insulted me by telling me to "get lost."
I would like to emphasize that I have been a valued customer of Reliance Fresh since the store's opening in Anand Nagar, Bangalore. I have always appreciated the quality of products and the service provided by your store's staff. However, this incident has left a deep impression on me, tarnishing my perception of the store and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
As a customer, I believe it is essential to bring such incidents to your attention so that necessary measures can be taken to prevent similar situations from recurring. It is imperative that all staff members, including the maid involved in this incident, are trained to maintain professionalism, respect, and courtesy towards customers at all times.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the staff member responsible for this unacceptable behavior. Moreover, I would appreciate a sincere apology from the store management and reassurance that steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future.
I value my relationship with Reliance Fresh and hope that this unfortunate incident can be resolved promptly, restoring my faith in your brand and commitment to customer service. I trust that you will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
