Reliance Fresh — wrong scheme display & rude customer behaviour | |||
Here i am submitting complaint against reliance fresh outlet at kadma jamshedpur and his manager. Maximum time they display wrong scheme & offer to fool and harass the customer. Today they displayed buy one get one on bagrry white oats 1kg but at the time of billing they told only rs 81 off the product, when i asked regarding this to manager he simply replied"lena h tho lo offer yahi h, hum mega mega offer event main busy h". This kind of service and behaviour they are showing. Sir I come to store to purchase cool drink for 03 cases i. e 27 bottles which is available in huge quantity. It is registered to inform you that your staff refusing to give in huge quantity. While I am asking the reason he deliberately told me no.

I received message from your vm-rfresh to get item of rs 99/- in rs9/-on 11 april 2019 but i have not received otp till date so ti am not able to get offered item .last date off offer is 22 april2019. my mob no is [protected].
