claim not setteled for 4 moths---
1.Original documents as per files attached herewith are already submitted to the company and delivered to the company on Dt.[protected].
2.As per talk with company representative on toll free 18003009 on Dt.[protected] it is instructed to forward the email again in regard of settlement of the claim.
3. Request No. 21143917 raised on Dt.[protected] through RIVA
4. Eventhough submitting all original documents in originals on Dt.[protected] and through email 3 times, Again vide email dt.[protected] asks to email the scan documents.
This is not fair.
About period of 4 months is completed and the claim is not settled.
Again, as per your instructions kindly find all the documents as per scan file attached h/w please.
As per your instructions the file size are less than 5 MB.
Kindly please arrange for settlement of the claim at the earliest please.
Kindly please not compel us to take legal actions in the matter please.
