sir I met with accident on[protected] on Rajbhag Kathua at 7.30 pm with other vehicle and damage with left side mirror, left door left back light and bumper alongwith some scratches on right side also and on[protected] i drop my vehicle to Jammu Motors garages and go for claim like side mirror, back light, bumper side window etc but they didn't approve my claim for side mirror, back light, bumper etc and only provide side window with petrol tank cover. I submit complaint vide No. 25143311 but till date no action has been taken and close my complaint. Please esclate my complaint and provide the solution
