False Promises to sell the Reliance Nippon Insurance Policy

This email is regarding cheating through the fraudulent information provided by me from a representative who claimed he was from Reliance Nippon.

    आदरणीय श्रीमान् जी, मैं आपकों सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि मेरा नाम संजय कुमार पुत्र श्रीं कमल सिंह हैं और मेरा एजेंसी कोड RGI19A41578 हैं। श्रीमान् जीं मैं एनओसी के लिए पिछले दो साल से चक्कर काट रहा हूँ मैंने रिलायंस कंपनी के नैशनल हेड तक गुहार लगाई है परंतु किसी ने कोई रिस्पांस नहीं दिया है मैं मानसिक रूप से बहुत परेशान हो चुका हूँ। कई बार आत्महत्या जैसे विचार आते हैं रिलायंस कंपनी के कर्मचारी ना फोन उठाते हैं ना कोई RESPONSE देते हैं मैं कहा जाऊँ। कृप्या मुझे एनओसी प्रदान की जाए। नहीं तों मैं अगर कुछ भी गलत कदम उठाता हू तों उसका जिम्मेदार कंपनी होगीं...

      I have met with accident & my car got damage so i requested for claim the Survey happened & the Guy Started Arguing with me that how this has happen & how the car is damage from Front & why there is damaged from Secon door that is also upside i explained him that it rubbed the divider. & i tried to save so my right side front got damage more & right side is less damaged he started arguing & didnt heard what i was going through.

      I will suggest not to select the Reliance Motor Insurance

          I have intimated a claim on 16 feb 2023 i was riding and suddenly a pathole come in road a car was driving in front of me he suddenly turn left i could not balance and went into the pathole and damged both of the alloys of my bike.after the survey done by your surveyor he is saying alloys are not covered in your policy i have a zero dep policy why they are not covered in my policy.

            As per the below mail trail mail, it states thaty policy updation query is resolved, but NO IT IS NOT SOLVED. Today I called to Customer care Multiple times, but no one helped me to connect with the supervisor, they just put my call on hold and don't know what they were doing behind me. The CSE (VIKAS & MIHIR). @ 5.05pm, today, I have been informed that I will get a call back from supervisor in half an hour but no one called me, yet. Later I called again and the call landed to CSE (DAS), he was arguing like he's is the master of the company. Due to him, I lost my anger. Is this is how you treat ur customers? This is how u train your staff? All are seems like full o[censored]nprofessional team. No one is bothered about the customer service. YOUR TEAM MEMBER MAKE MISTAKE AND I HAVE TO SUFFER 😡 If I didn't receive the call from the ESCALATION TEAM OR FLOOR MANAGER OR DEPARTMENT HEAD, I will go ahead and lodge a complaint to CONSUMER COURT and also to OMBUDSMAN, about ur pathetic support and awful service. Like you have recordings even I too save the same, and if needed I will share to legal team, in future. Before replying or calling to me, go through the query thoroughly.                   I have claimed 50 dollars and informed them immediately after incurring the expenditure. After sending number of mails, they have forwarded 5 to 6 documents for filling up the same and from my side completed all the formalities by forwarding the same.
                  1. Pl see the number of emails sent to them about the reimbursement of 50 dollars.
                  2. I have also forwarded to them the receipt/ledger copy about the payment of 50 dollars immediately after incurring the expenditure almost 2 ½ months back.
                  3. Why they asked me to fill up so many documents and send to them, if the said amount is not eligible.
                  4. They are irresponsible in delivering/informing things to customers.
                  5. How much time I have wasted filling up so much information in the formats given by the company?
                  7. Why are they not seeing the emails properly and guiding us at the appropriate time?

                    My vehicle is lying since 5th of october 2022 but till date no surveyor of the insurance company visited the show room where my vehicle is lying.

                      I am Naresh Largotra having Advisor Code ( 15A28004 ) of Reliance general insurance co.ltd.
                      I have applied for a job in a financial sector company and they required termination or a NOC letter of my advisor code from reliance general insurance..

                      I also did not fulfill the minimum business required.

                      as of now i am financial very weak and this job life line for me please issue the NOC letter and remove my agent code from IRDAI portal.

                      kindly do the needful to provide me NOC or termination of my advisor code.

                                Did not receive my Travel Insurance after payment

                                Dear Team,
                                My name is Mohammad Sameer Zuhear
                                I have bought an international travel insurance recently

                                The amount has been deducted but I haven't received a customer copy of my insurance. I tried calling toll free number but it was of no help
