Reliance General Insurance — Mislead into selling policy by religare health insurance

I have been mislead in selling above policy, all health related issue were discussed before buying policy and premium paid year after year but claim was declined on arbitrarily. Even the in charge of the religare udaipur unit has accepted that I was mislead into buying policy for no benefits and kept paying premiums.
