Reliance General Insurance — Premium not generated but payment debited

Dear Team,

I was trying to bye insurance premium on reliance general insurance and filled all vehicle details and pay amount through online, actually payment debited but policy not generated after that I mailed their customer care mail id after they ask all they details like transaction ID and share that details after that said will resolve issues with expect closure date[protected] even that time crossed no response from that company, in that particular time I was checked by traffic police they warned me for no insurance here I am attached payment received acknowledgement from reliance company end kindly need any support for process further
