[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Bad behaviour from customer care and internet balance regarding issue | |||||
On 5 December i did a self recharge of rs. 197 from my paytm account which provided 2g unlimited internet. On the next day i.e. on 6 december again i did a small 3g recharge of rs.9 which was valid for one day but as the small 3g net pack expired my 2g unlimited internet also gone. Today i called to the costumer care but i am very unsatisfied with her answer. She told that you should not do the recharge of that 3g pack and your 2g net balance gone along with the 3g net balance but actually it was valid for a month. She also refused to provide the net balance again or to refund the money. She also does not answered my questions but actually blaming me for that. Was this information helpful? | |||||
