Respected Sir/madam I Have reliance Smart sim having No [protected]. Deducted Rs 1 as VAS Hangama (As Per SMS) on 02.10.15 at 10:50 pm & Rs. 3 as VAS Hungama(as per sms ) on 03.10.15 at 2:57 am. When I Tried to call Customer care no 198/*333 I not to get any option / bottom (assign by company) to communicate customer care executive. Its happen not only this time, I unable to communicate customer care Representative more than one month. Just think for this way many people cheated by this company. so sir please looking the matter seriously and takes necessary steps as soon as possible.
