Complaint to TATA DOCOMO. MNP (UPC code: RM296313) request given on 29th May for port in from Reliance prepaid to Tata docomo prepay. Submitted the application form at Tata Docomo Brand Store, Shop no. 567, Ramniwas Building., Near Navpada Police Station Opp. Punjab National Bank, Thane(W) 400604 on 31st May 2014 with a fee of Rs. 100/-. I was given a sim card with MSIDN [protected], Serial No [protected], IMSI [protected] and was told that it would be activated in 7 days. Today (9th Jun) i had a chat with customer care and was told that for the said number and sim card details no information is available on the servers. Reply from TATA DOCOMO.
