[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — My phone suspended | |
I had ported from Airtel To Reliance GSM on 19th Dec, 2015. It was working for 5-6 days after that outgoing was barred and i was told to submit the document again. I had immediately submitted document to The Reliance Agent M/s. Bakshi Enterprises (from whom had had taken the connection). After submitting the document the phone was active. Again after 7 days the outgoing calls were barred and my number [protected] was suspended after that. I am complaining Reliance vide Complain No.[protected] dtd. 29th Dec, 2015, No.[protected] and giving Reminders through mail/phone and not getting proper reply. As per reliance i had to submit the document again. I had submitted the my Address Proof, ID Proof, Photograph to Reliance Agent M/s M Square, Shop No. 2, M-3, Sham Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi again on 11th Jan, 2016 but till date my number is not active.
