I have done a recharge of rs 198 through my debit card of icici bank. After this recharge company sends me a message Dear customer your request could not be processed. Please try again, we regret the inconvenience. Thank you reliance Date 02/12/2015 wednesday time 1pm We call customer care several times ...They said to us Dear sir please hold the line we are transfer this call to reliance consumer center...
