Reliance Gsm — WRONG DEDUCTION OF CALLERTUNE SERVICE - RELIANCE GSM

Mobile number : [protected] Problem : Every month, these , so called RELIANCE, are deducting my account balance of Rs.30/- per month from last 5-6 months. Each and every time, I have to call customer service and get refund. But from last 2 months, even after complaining about the issue, RELIANCE GSM is not providing me the REFUND for their system glitch. I've got confirmation from these that, there is no caller tune service activated on my account AND reliance tune is free and could not be deactivated. But, even this month also, I have lost my Rs.30/- for CALLER TUNE SERVICE, which is FREE!!! Someone please help me, and help me to file a case in consumer forum and get my last 2 months deduction back. I am attaching the trail mail as received. Also, reliance gallery store in ulhasnagar is pathetic customer service, not at all ready to listen.
