Reliance Gsm — Wrong information from customer care | |||
I called Customer Care ([protected]) on 17.01.16 to know information about STD Plans. One lady employee, named ANURUPA ([protected]) informed me that I can get onnet local and std unlimited call, offnet local and std 30 mins per day and 1GB 3g data for 28 days for recharge Rs. 301/- only. But after my recharge, she informed that I'll gel 301 promo talk time (which was not preference at all) and 30MB 3g data for 28 days. She also informed that I'll get onnet R2R unlimited local and std call if I register a complaint at Customer Care. So I registered a complaint (No[protected] at 17.01.16 which was closed and not solved within two days at promised by Reliance Communication. So I again registered a complaint (No[protected] at 19.01.16 with same output i.e. my complaint was closed and not solved at all informed by customer care today. They again asked me to book a complaint. But when I asked to register another complaint they did not take any complaint. I think Reliance Communication should close their customer care service if they are no able to provide very basic service to their customers. I am very dissatisfied with this type of service!!!
