[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Wrongly deducted my balance every time.

My Name is MOHIT MAYANK and My Mobile Number is [protected]. On 1st March 2014 night, I had been wrongly charged of Rs.16 approx. For the net usage which I had not used from my number from last 30-40 days. CCE rejects to lodge a complaint by saying that your balance deduction is correct. Reliance is making fool every time to me. They charged me for the Internet which I never used from that number from last 30-40 days. Please help.
