In connection with my complaint (Service request no[protected], Dt.19.02.2016). I received very disappointing service from your site (Service center 53, Syed Amir Ali Ave., Kolkata-700019) as it has taken almost 4 days to restore my connection, though it was not my fault at all .Please pay attention to this matter .
