[Resolved]  Reliance Hello — about VAS charges

Dear Sir,
I have a connection for reliance hello since 2007.My reliance hello phone no. is [protected].Undue charges for the value added services are being charged simulteniously in my bills for the last 6 months. The charges I am paying regularly for those services which I have never been requested and used.I am very much shocked and grieved by this. Many times I have complained about the matter to the local office of reliance communication, but my issue has not been solved as yet.Please look into the matter and oblize.
