[Resolved]  Reliance Hello — monthly bill

Sir,

I have a reliance hello land phone (no fixed rate per month).I am using this phone only for incoming
calls I have even just made a call from it and the bill came in a month is Rs-1580/ ((.2 year ago))
seeing the bill I called the customercare and registered my complaint with in some days some reliance excecutives came to my home and show me some records that from my phone I have made calls to there 1234 services I am sure that I dont made even a call to 1234 services.That's why I don't payed the bill .I recived atleast one call from reliance customer care a day.After few day's I got a letter from an
advocate that If I not paid the bill they will take case aganist me seeing this I paid the bill.

About one year ago the bill ranges from 80-350 I complaint it in the reliance office at Changanacherry they told me that the dialler tune, find a friend etc are activated I told them to deactivate those services but they dont do it.Many times I registered complaint.The problem still continues I am paying the bill every month.
