In connection with my complaint (Service request no[protected], Dt.19.02.2016). I received very disappointing service from your site (Service center 53, Syed Amir Ali Ave., Kolkata-700019) as it has taken almost 4 days to restore my connection, though it was not my fault at all .Please pay attention to this matter . If such harassment is made in future, we will surrender this hello telephone ....

I have recharged my reliance hello phone consecutively with rupees 155 and 111 with consent of their customer service official ,but i got zero balance.
After that i contacted their official ,who told me that hello account has been closed.It is strange that they have not informed even though i have contacted them before recharging. Even when I am calling *367 to know the balance the are telling i have rupees 118 on my phone...

I took a Reliance Land phone connection No.[protected] in February 2006. The service was excellent for the first 5 years. Whenever there was a compliant to the instrument I would take it to your franchise at Thodupuzha and it would be got rectified without any delay.
However almost 6 months back the instrument developed a serious error and it stopped working. As usual I took the instrument to you Thodupuzha franchise...

I had reliance Hello FTW plan for almost four years. I terminated it on 2nd July and got termination number from customer care. I was asked to visit Web World and return my instrument.
