[Resolved]  Reliance Hello — Telephone Bill

Sub: Customer Complaint

Dear Sir,

I am having reliance Hello number 3293207 based at Faridabad (Haryana). My connection is temporarily suspended for the reason that I have not paid my last bill. I would like to lodge a complaint that

(i) By and large bills are not sent and information about payment amount is sent on telephone inspite of many requests.
(ii) This time I was again informed about the payment on the 16th June, 2008 which happened to be the last date of payment. I again requested for the bill because I wanted to know the details of the calls as the bill appeared to be on higher side as I had not used the telephone being out of station. On 17th June, 2008, bill was sent to me through the massanger which indicated 16th June, 2008 as the last date of payment. I did not accept the bill and requested for the extension in the date as well as the details of my STD calls which were not given on the bill. These details were always received in earlier bills. I wonder whether Reliance expects that the customer should pay without knowing the details and also pay whatever amount is asked for, on phone and that too at the eleventh hour.
(iii) Some times the receipt is issued on a torn out piece of plain paper showing lack of professionalism.
(iv) 24 – Hour Reliance customer cell no. *333 is hardly responsive.

My reliance no. is[protected] suspended. LSP-400R FCC IDBE JL SP400 post paid connection with lifetime incoming fascility. No outgoing calls i have done. The phone is liocked permanently and I am using the phone in one of my compnay for incoming purpose only. I have another 9 reliance connections both land line and mobile. Intially I have paid Rs 61 which I have bill of reliance.I have not demanded any caller tunes and any other fascilities. Please consider the case genuine and do favourable actions will be highly appreciated.

I BHARAT S KOTHARI HAVING RELIANCE BROADBAND CONNECTION AT MY HOUSE DEALER GIVEN ME OLD TELEPHONE BOX I COMPLAINT TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEN ALSO THEY ARE NOT SOVING PROBLE FOR DETAILS YOU CAN CALL ME BEACAUSE I AM NOT ABLE TO WRITE EVERY THING IN THIS EMAIL SO PLEASE CALL ON MY CELL [protected].

PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM OTHERWISE I WILL TAKE NEXT ACTION.
