[Resolved] Reliance India Mobile — Connection Got Barred | |||
I was really fed-up with Tata DoCoMo, so recently I was changed my mobile number to [protected] reliance(postpaid).Yesterday[protected]it got activated and today I got some mgs says that my current plan is 599freedom something. Actually I requested for 350 rental plan. So I complained to customer support and they raised complaint(ID-Sr[protected] against that and recently my plan has been changed to 350 rental plan as per my request.After that I can’t make any outgoing calls or I can’t be able to browse data. as per the reliance customer information wrong address proof is the reason for barring the calls.So that again i have submitted the CAF to reliance outlet on 24th Sept. But still not yet activated my connection.please do the needful. else please release this connection from reliance and give my number back. Was this information helpful? | |||
