Reliance Industries — about humiliating treatment by reliance supermarket employee | |||||
Greetings sir/madam Today dated 8th april 2018, i picked up kokum sharabat can & gala's scruber and went to billing counter. As i was getting late to meet one of my friend's relative in hospital, i kindly requested one in a queue at the front to let me go before him for billing as i was with only 2 things to buy. So he allowed me to go for it. Later when i placed my kokum sharbat can on a counter, the person who was there for billing (I don't know but he was looking super exhausted and frustrated already) he screamed at me - "this can have no label on it, go away you won't get it, you have come in between by interrupting the queue" saying this he just kept that can in another basket. I was very disappointed I took out my phone and captured an image of his id card But he jerked my hand so badly when i was holding his id and getting the image. I could hardly get only his id number that is: 60347424 I don't want this should happen with any of customer (Either from high class or middle class) Please take prompt action against him (Just warn him please i don't want to scratch anyone else's bread & butter) Thank you for your time Regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
