I Have A Demat Account in India Infoline Ltd.. I Send the pysical share certificate through india infoline ltd. for Dematerlisation.. then karvy comp. have find problem with signature mismatch.. then i send it 3-4 time with change my signature.. but they did not agree with signature and every time sent me back.. then Last time I Sent My Certificate with 100 Rs. non judicial stamp paper.. signature affidavit from my bank manager.. this time company demat my Reliance Energy share .. but my Reliance Industries Ltd. Share certificate send back with same problem.. Please help me..

I Have 18 Reliance Industries Share Certificate.. On this I should get its Sister companies share certificate RNRL, Rcom, Reliance Enery & Reliance Capital.. on it I get only Reliance Energy Share certificate.. But I Can not recive RNRl, Rcom, & Reliance Capital Share certificate

I have retired from Reliance Industries Ltd., UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli on 30th June 2008 . My PF No is MH/42602/2414. I have not yet received my Family Pension ..
On 22nd June 2009, I visited PF Office at concerned dept at 1st floor, old building and the concerned lady clerk asked > when the forms and documents were sent to them ? What is the proof ? I know very well that before 30th June 2008, all the papers were filled up and sent by Reliance Industries to PF Office, Bandra. To my surprise, the concerned department at PF Office does not maintain any Register for the incoming and out going documents.
All the staffs at PF Office are rude and non cooperative.
One of them told that PF office is handling 1.5 lacs cases per day ! The reply should be > even a BEST Conductor, a railway booking clerk are handling more customers than a PF clerk. " A busiest man always get time, A lazy never gets time " .
These type of attitude by the PF clerks has shocked me. I was a General Manager at reliance Industries and never knew what was Sunday or Holiday . Every day, my routine was 10-12 hours in a day.
It is all unfortunate that even after getting so much salaries, perks and holidays, the PF clerks are rude, Lazy, Unsystematic and feel that they have become the Boss of the world.
Hope, I should get my dues without delay and maintain a good gesture.

i had purchased an AC from reliance mart located on sg highway ahmedabad. the product brand is HITACHI and it is not working since last 4 days so i contacted in complaint department on the number [protected], the person to whom i talked is purvi she told me that she will send the person but he didnt come, a person came on next day night 9 pm and he said there is gas leakage and my the AC has to be taken to the service center and he went away

he promised me that he will contact me in the very next morning but i didnt receive any call from any one
i contacted in evening and asked to purvi that i want to talk to some responsable guy who can solve my complain but she said i dont have Authority.
then she passed the phone to mayank but that fellow was so rude and said nothing and cut the phone when i got angry on him.
then i again called him but he doesnt pick the phone and said do whatever you want to do.

still my ac is not working and no body bothered about it

Our company, Modern Textiles Industries (MONTEX), is located in Egypt and is one of Reliance Industries Limited clients for at least 10 years. We buy from Reliance POY polyester to use it on our texturizing machines.

We opened L/C 6027 in March 2008 for 44514.32 kg of POY 126 Den/ 36 F bright triloble, first quality as mentioned in their Commercial Invoice PY/[protected]/04.05.2008.

We recieved the goods in our company in June 2008. When we started using the POY we found out that it is not a first quality materials and almost one third of the the produced textured yarns have dye shade defect. In fact the materials we recieved from Reliance is a second quality and not first quality POY as mentioned in their Commercial Invoice and in our L/C 6027 part 45A.

As soon as we found out that the materials having a problem we sent e-mail to their General Manager Mr Mukund Kothari in October 7th, 2008 and informed him about the problem and asked him to send a technician from Reliance to check the problem in our factory. After three months they finally sent Mr Prakash Narayan, their General Manager PFY Business, to our factory in January 10th, 2009.

According to the tests Mr Prakash done on the POY in our factory he found that 30 to 40 % of the produced textured yarns are defected which proves what we mentioned to Mr Mukund in our mail in October 7th, 2008 that the materials we recieved from Reliance is a second quality materials and not a first quality materials which we were supposed to recieve from them according to their Commercial Invoice and to our L/C.

I talked to Mr Mukund in the phone in January 19th, 2009, and I said to him that your Commercial Invoice stated that the POY is a first quality and in our L/C we ordered first quality POY, however, what we recieved is a second quality POY as was tested by your engineer in our factory who found at least 30% of the production is defected. I explained to Mr Mukund that the POY which we recieved is not the POY which we ordered and paid our money for.

All what we asked from Mr Mukund is to ship Reliance's POY back to Reliance since it is not what we ordered and Reliance sends us our money back. We do believe that this is a fair solution to solve this problem.

We sent an e-mail to Mr Ambani, Reliance's Chairman, in January 19th, 2009 and said that we do believe and we are sure that he agrees with us that everyone should pay for his mistake. If Reliance sent us by mistake and not intentionally a second quality materials instead of first quality so the least Reliance can do is to take their materials and give us our money back.

When I mentioned that to Mr Mukund his answer to me was that Reliance can not do that and quoted from his words" you can make a legal case and let the lawyers talk". I am just wondering is that the way Reliance is running the business and deal with its clients???.

I have worked for Reliance Reyail LImited, in Delhi NCR from 25.10.2006 to 21.01.2008.The company has not paid final dues and PF dues wvwen after many reminders.Instead they are showing wrong recovery.I have approached company HR deptt. many times but nothing has happened.My Employee code was P[protected]

On 10th Oct 2008 i took a duplicate sim for the No. [protected], because of my lost sim. from that day it self my sim is still not in working conditon, i had given sevrel request to customer care regarding this matter but nobody had rectified it. from that day it self im paying my bill without using any services.

I bought a microwave oven MODEL NO. LGMWDMC - 2681DS vide Serial No. 712DXGL011791 from Reliance Fresh Limited Sector 23, HUDA Market Gurgaon on 30th. July 2008 vide Invoice No.C1009#0010 -S[protected] and I was told that the person who will visit for the demonstration will bring the required free accessories and the recipe book, but no one turned up. On contacting the Store people Mr. Dharmendra & Mr. Sunil several time & long struggle I got a demonstration but they came without accessories and the recipe book. That fellow said we have to talk to the Fresh Store as they have come from the service centre of Reliance Digital, Noida. Such long time has passed but without any result. I was not aware that buying an LG product will land me in soup specially from RELIANCE.

Now I am not able to understand whom to complain. Can anybody from your side help me in this regard?

Main reliance retail company ke reliance fresh me kam karta thaa. mane is company me one year as a C.C.A. kam kiya. mane abhi tak do bar provident fund ke form reliance company ke signature or seal ke sath provident fund office karnal me jama karva diye hai. lekin abhi tak mere P.F. ke pase mere account me nahi aye hai. kripa muje iska karn bataye. or kripa mera P.F. mere account me jama kra de . form bhare huye 1 saal...

I sanjay soni i am working in reliance retail ltd indore i got a no.[protected] which i got from my com. i took another no.[protected] with this sim. but after two days my no.[protected] was disconnected & got sms due to negative veryfication it was discinnected, After that I met to mr. Ankit at airtel office but I did not get response & he told that you are high risk customer we can not help you much. Before it Mr. Tiwari came for verification at that time I was at my duty. He met to my brother & my brother made me call & I talked with him & I told him to come before 10 at morning or after 6:30 evening. After that I came to know that my sim is disconnected. No-one at the offfice of airtel respond me properly & I wanted to meet to some higher authority but mr.Ankit denied to make meeting. I am highly unsatisfied by response of airtel personnel & I am employee{officer} of Reliance retail steel airtel is telling that I am high risk person it is so disgusting. I am waiting for solving my problem & giving instruction to give proper response to custmer.

Myself Punam Sinha W/O Mr Vijay Shankar Prasad Who was the holder of 500 of RPL share certificate which was converted into RIL. After conversion I did not get the RIL Share certificate. My husband who was the holder of this certificate got died in March 2002.When I asked to company about all this things, they replied that these shares certificate has been transferred by the share holder in 2003 and no complain can be taken for that. How it is possible that a person who has died in 2002 can transfer his document in 2003.

Today moring i take share taxi from Mumbai C.S.T to Nariman point. Taxi Start from C.S.T to D.N road through Regal Cinema. After Regal Cinema he just strated to moveing Budhwar park cooperage area. I asked him where are you going he said me "Inko Budhwar park chodke jaate hai. I said him tum kya mujhe puri mumbai darshan karvaoge. paise to utna hi loge na usne kaha to kya fokat me jaoge. he stoped the taxi and said me utar jao, fir mai utar gaya jaise he door band kya wo bhar aake usne mujhe dhakka diya aur bhojpuri main gali dene laga. Taxi number was MH-01 - J 5414.

I got temporary membership programme card no. [protected] while purchase of merchandise from RELIANCE Trends Mall situated at Bandra (W)< Mumbai, and was informed that the permanent card will be issued shortly. After again conatcting the same Mall with their RELATIONASHIP MANAGER in July'08, I was assured that the card is under process and will reach me within 7-10 days.

Now, after 6 months, still the card is not recd by me. I have accumulated many points, which I want to redeem. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT HOW A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE NEGLECT CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESPONSIBILITY ??

I am a resident of Bhilai, Chhatisgarh. I have bough a codless model Voxtell Viva2210 srl no.[protected] from reliance retail, shipra mall, indirapuram, gaziabad (UP) this instrument is not working since last 2 months. At present I am living at Bhilai, Dist.Durg Chhatisgarh and at here their is no store of reliance retail ltd. I have bought for reliance to see company have big banner and I will take good service. But I am suffering due to very fedup due to that. May please advise for repair/replacment because gurantee is still have. awaiting your positive reply.I
