Reliance Industries — bonus not recd yet - any reason why ?

My name is devendra kumar manoj kumar mishra, having demat account 12971112 in axis direct, have still not recd any bonus shares. I already have 165 share, so i should recd 165 more shares as per announcement. My demat a/c no is 12971112. I believe 9th was the day when the bonus should had been arrived, but still i don't see the share in my dmat account.

Can you please include reliance industries bonus share into my demat account.
