Reliance Industries — i have given my mobile phone for repairing at ved road, surat service center 9 days passed my phone was not returned

Respected sir/madem,
I have given my phone for repair at reliance industries limited service center, ved road, surat on 26 january. The service center has not returned my phone (Lyf water 1) & 9 days are passed til now. I have reached service center 2-3 times & requested to return it to me as early as possible. Because i have to go out of city for 15 days from 7 february. I has no other phone to use in travelling. The company has not responded and my phone was not returned till now. It does not take 9 days to repair the phone.
