Reliance Industries — Issue with Jio Air Fiber Refund

Dear sir/ma'am,

On July 8th 2024 I had paid INR 1, 000 for Jio Air Fiber connection.

The connection team had promised me that wifi connection will be provided within a day but disappeared after the deposit amount was paid.

Since, I was a working professional I had to reluctantly opt for a local wifi.

Later on, I opted out of the Jio Air Fiber plan and requested the Jio team to repay my initial security deposit.

Till this date I have not received any satisfactory response and they have stopped responding to my my mails or twitter direct messages.

This has resulted in waste of time, energy, false hopes and trauma.

I want my security deposit amount back.
