Dear sir I have a reliance industries physical share certificate in karvy computer share. I loose my physical share certificate pls help me to recieved new certificate. L send a video of my physical share certificate copy. My 4 physical certificates are i have loose. First of 18 shares. Second are 18 shares. I was allotted 10 reliance share vide certificate no 10890827, folio[protected], distinctive no:[protected] to 434 which is misplaced hence could not do conversion to d mat. Kindly help me to get new / duplicate certificate. Nilesh parekh, b/5 ghcl colony, sanjaynagar, dist: gir somnath, gujarat
