I had bought a Lyf set on 25/07/2016 with two year warranty. Since last two months there have been software issues. I visited a number of times to the store but my set has not been repaired and returned to me as it was earlier. Dejected, I filed a complaint against this on pgportal with complain no.: DARPG/E/2017/07911 dated 02/04/2017. Then I got a call from Jio’s Mumbai office and they told me to talk about the matter with Ashish Shorav (Ph no.: [protected]) who is the employee at Jharkhand office. When I called him, he said that my set will be repaired. But when I went to the service centre to get it repaired, my set was not repaired. I again called Ashish Shorav and the moment I told him my problem, he started yelling at the top of his voice saying that I don’t know how to use android and I should not use the data pack so as to solve my problem. Further, he said, ” jiski aukat nahi hai vo set le lete hai aur pareshan karte rehte hai. Jao government me ya company me jahan complain karna hai kar lo tumhara set ab koi nai bana sakta hai. Tum mujhe nahi jaante. Jyada tang karoge to mai tumhe gundo se pitwa dunga. Mai company aur government se nahi darrta hu”. So, I request you to please get my set repaired and also secure me from such type of criminal employees of Jio. Was this information helpful? |
