Reliance Industries — Money debited for unsuccessful order but no refund money received
I try placed order on 13th May. My money debited, but order is not successful.& months are over, no proper update from them. The amount is 8600. Daily I made calls and send mails to get about my complaint status. But no proper update and without any resolution, they closed the complaint. They told me you will get call from super wiser but believe me within 7 months I didn't receive single call from them. When I call customer care they ask me all the details from the starting, no one follow the previous update of the complaint. Bank side confirm me the transaction i made was successful from my end.Ajio team told me transaction not showing in their end sometimes and sometimes refund already initiated from their end. But no update on refund transaction ID. They are delaying time, like just wait 2 more business days your issue will resolve.
Please check and initiate my refund.I provided all the proofs for a proof of not receiving money.But no one from AJIO team bother to check and solve my issue.
