Reliance Industries — Pension Certificate

I am KLN Kumar worked in RIL, Jamnagar from 19 Jun 2007 to 12 Nov 2018. As I served more than 10 years in RIL, 10% of my EPF amount was transferred to Pension fund, but till date I did not receive the pension certificate though I have submitted the necessary documents before leaving. I tried to contact the person concerned many times through mail but was not getting any response. Kindly arrange to send the Pension Certificate to the address as below or as mentioned during resignation
