Reliance Industries — redeem of 100 reliance f series ncd -1985

Dear sir,
One of my relative is in canada and holding 100 reliance debenture f series of 1985 which are not redeem
Please let me know the procedure of redemption for folio 09318372 in the name of gulamali v merchant he is a senior citizen.
Second holder his wife does not have a pan card nor aadhar card
First holder having bank and demat account in mumbai
Please advice
