Reliance Industries — Reliance PP shares and dividend not credited in my DP account No.: [protected]

Respected Sir,

I have not credited 23 Reliance partly paid shares in my DP account no.[protected]. I have paid second call money Rs.314.25 per share through Kotak Mahindra bank. Total money paid through ASBA Rs.7, 227.75. My application number is MB[protected]. I have attached both the bank account statement as well as the screenshot of my application.
I have not received my dividend on these shares.
So kindly do the need full to get the shares in my DP account as well as the dividend in my bank account attached along with my DP account.
