Request to write that the rupee of our security deposit has been deducted in the following details contract in the DTA department of our RIL-JAMNAGAR, the details of which are as follows.

It is kindly stated that the payment of our security deposit has been deducted from the contract as per the above details by RIL Company, but, from[protected] to[protected], only one Mr.Ravindrabhai was present in the DTA Department of RIL-JAMNAGAR as Field Supervisor.
Therefore, it was decided by your company that loading of scrap in padana scrap yard during 1 week, 250 acre scrap yard during 1 week and PP SCRAP Yard during 1 week will continue. For this, the time limit allotted to us for scrap loading was automatically reduced to 33%. So if your company does not have a field supervisor, it is an internal problem of the company and not our fault.
Therefore, in each of our contracts you should increase the time limit of scrap loading by three times. For example- If the period of material lifting of our contract is 90 days then you should give us 270 days.
And if during this period the iron ore market has increased by 10/15% from the rate at which we purchased the material, and then you have not given us the material of the following contract as well as deducted the rupee of our security deposit. The details are as follows.

After all, it is the fault of the company's management, not ours, that you have added to the iron ore market, and that the company does not have a field supervisor in the scrapyard. However, you cut our approximately 950 metric tons of material and deducted about Rs. 1230000 from our security deposit. If you want to deduct rupee from our security deposit, you have to return 950 metric tons of our balance material. And if, you do not want to return our balance material 950 MT, we request you to return to us what you have deducted Rs. 1230000 from our security deposit.
We've emailed you a lot about this. This is our last mail to you. Please make a proper decision within 8 days of receiving this mail, otherwise we will inevitably take legal action against the RIL company.
